Aqua Cycling!

Hard'ack Pool is excited to offer - Aqua Cycling!  Think of it as a spin class, but in the water!  Bikes are in about 4 feet of water in the pool. 
Aqua Cycling combines the intensity of land-based cycling with the benefits of water resistance and buoyancy - thus alleviating stress placed on joints, hips, and the spine while exercising.  A few of the benefits of Aqua Cycle are listed below:
 
    -            Increases Cardiovascular Strength
    -            Low Impact upon joints and ligaments
    -            High Caloric Burn compared to other exercises
    -            Increased Muscular Strength
