Hard'ack Pool is pleased to offer several Aqua Fitness Classes every week with terrific instructors!
Make a splash with Aqua Fitness! This refreshing, low-impact workout uses the resistance of water to build strength, boost cardio fitness, and improve mobility—all while minimizing joint stress. Perfect for all fitness levels, Aqua Fitness delivers a challenging yet gentle full-body workout in a fun, supportive environment.
Aqua Fitness is a fun, low-impact workout performed in chest-deep water that improves cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance. Using the natural resistance and buoyancy of the water, participants can safely challenge their muscles and joints while reducing stress on the body. Classes may incorporate water walking, jogging, aerobic movements, and resistance equipment such as water dumbbells or noodles. Aqua Fitness is suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners, older adults, and individuals recovering from injury or managing joint pain.aqua fit
