There’s no better place to train than in the water, whether you’re a land-based athlete, a fitness enthusiast, just looking to “get in shape,” or a competitive swimmer. Aquatic-based strength and endurance training is for individuals looking to increase muscle strength while improving cardiovascular fitness…without the wear and tear on the body.
Training will occur predominantly in the water with a number of land-based exercises interspersed throughout the program. Participants should arrive with water, towel, goggles (recommended), and swim-attire that is adaptable for both aquatic and land-based exercise.
