Aqua Fit Classs
AquaFit is a low-impact, energizing workout that’s gentle on joints, great for heart health and helps burns calories. Participants will use Aqua Discs, Noodles, Aqua Weights and other fun equipment for a full body workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels!
Cindy Churchill's Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9am.
BJ Farnham's Class is on Saturday morning at 11am.
Participants pay at the front desk when they arrive. Classes are $15 for residents, $20 for non-residents.
Punch Cards are available for additional savings!

Instructor Information
Aquatics has always been Cindy's passion. A native Vermonter, growing up and living in Swanton, she has taught group fitness classes in local gyms and fitness centers, and has been a kayaker on Bay Day Race teams for 10 years. She started teaching Aqua Fit 3 years ago and fell in love with it as a form of group exercise. She incorporates as much variety as she can into her classes, including Aqua mitts, Aqua discs, Aqua dumbbells and other Aqua equipment. Please join her in a class filled with fun, smiles and splashes!
