  • This application is for Franklin County Youths under the age of 21 who would like to participate in CAMP activities such as Summer Day Camp, Vacation Camps, Multi-sport Camps and more. Application for this scholarship MUST BE SUBMITTED BY APRIL 1st. Applications can also be picked up in hard copy at the Barlow Street Community Center

  • This application is for Franklin County Youths under the age of 21 who would like to participate in recreational activities such as Swim Lessons, Soccer, Basketball, Swim Team, Start Smart Baseball, Young Rembrandts, nearly any activity they are interested in. Application for this scholarship is rolling year round. Applications can also be picked up in hard copy at the Barlow Street Community Center
