Come learn the basics of meditation and yoga. You will learn practices that will build skills of focus and concentration and learn ways to reduce stress and increase your own well-being and feel good feelings. The attempt is for positive experiences in a group that encourages feeling engaged and confident together. These practices increase naturally occurring chemicals in the body for balance and harmony.
About our Instrructor:
Pam Easterday has been meditating and doing yoga for 25 years and teaching for fifteen years. She is a certified meditation teacher, a 500 hour yoga teacher and also in training as a yoga therapist. She has a private practice here in St. Albans seeing individuals and also creates groups to build community and share her knowledge and love of the practices.
