About the Instructor:
Pam Easterday has been meditating and doing yoga for 25 years and teaching for fifteen years. She is a certified meditation teacher, a 500 hour yoga teacher and also in training as a yoga therapist. She has a private practice here in St. Albans seeing individuals and also creates groups to build community and share her knowledge and love of the practices.
