It's not every day you find a competition-ready 1-meter spring board (aka diving board) at a local pool.
Here at Hard'ack we have a great one. Most days we see people jump off to do a cannon ball or basic dive. At clinics, participants can learn how to use the board to do much more!
Local collegiate diving coach Matty Edkins will be teaching a 2-hour clinic during April. The clinic is designed for ages 10 and older, with adults welcome. All participants should already know how to do a basic head-first dive and will receive a brief outline of the clinic goals.
