This class will be a mixture of vinyasa (flow from one pose to the next using the breath as timing) and asana-based sequencing (stretching and/or strengthening postures with longer holds).
Pippa’s style of teaching comes from a place of intuitive awareness of the levels and energies of those present, she has nearly two decades of experience and expertise to help people either go deeper should they seem ready or back-off and modify, by offering steps to progress or back track through a posture.
Beginners to advanced yogis welcome. Please bring a mat, water bottle, layers and an open heart. All should come prepared to listen to what their bodies are asking for in any given moment and are encouraged to tune into their own breath for guidance, asking for support when needed. Pippa will be setting her Zoom studio up each class so those who do commit to the 5-week series needn't worry if they get sick and can’t be there in-person as this will allow attendance from home too.
