Join Pippa for a 6-week Yoga session, starting May 8th and running to June 12th, from 5:15-5:45pm on Wednesdays. This is a 30-minute Yoga class which means it may feel much shorter than a typical Yoga session. These shorter sessions are designed to help people gain ideas for implementing shorter practices in order to take Yoga home. We will focus on the aspects of a Yoga practice on the mat that make it feel complete as well as the concept of Sadhana, or daily practice.
INSTRUCTOR BIO
Pippa Dorfman, raised near Boston and implant to northern VT for 13 years, has been a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2005. She received her teacher training from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health at the age of 19 when exploring some time off from Bates College. Though she ended up transferring to the School of Human Kinetics at UBC and then

During
the summer of 2016, 6 months after the birth of her first child, she opened Stepping Stone Yoga Studio in Jeffersonville. However, the pandemic of 2020 forced Stepping Stone to close. Pippa and her now husband used that time to build a studio-without-walls (a 30-foot octagonal deck and 36’ pavilion canopy as an outdoor Yoga and event space at the same spot in Jeffersonville), called "Sacred in the Round", where Pippa has continued to teach seasonally since.
