About the program:
Summer swim team is right around the corner! Get your feet wet before the start of the season with our pre season swim clinic.
Looking to start swimming early before the summer season? or have you not been in the pool since last summer? this is the program for you! The clinic will get you ready for the summer season, taking a look at each stroke start to finish. (Mon - butterfly, Tue - backstroke, Wed - Breaststroke, Thur - Freestyle, Fri - sprints)
This program is NOT swim lessons - Kids need to know the strokes before registering.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
2 Separate Weeks 6/2 - 6/6 and 6/9 - 6/13
Time:
6:00pm-7:00pm
Price:
$75 per week for residents, $99 for non-residents.
Register for one week or both - get ready for summer swim!
Space is limited to 20 swimmers.
The Coach: Tom Koldys
Beyond the Wall brings an educational approach to helping athletes progress toward achieving their physical goals, focusing on the development and utilization of a growth mindset in conjunction with learning how to use stress to enhance performance. Working with both teen and adult athletes, Beyond the Wall incorporates aspects of sleep, breathing, and nutrition, as well as anatomy and physiology into both individual and group aquatic and land-based training programs.
Beyond the Wall founder/owner Tom Koldys, a St. Albans resident, has nearly 30 years of coaching and teaching experience, including 25+ coaching competitive swim and 13+ teaching high school science. He is passionate about sharing what he has learned through experience and research, and is excited to continue working with the greater St. Albans community to assist individuals in realizing and achieving their health and fitness goals. Tom is known for holding his athletes to a high standard, providing them with unwavering support, teaching over telling, and that we come closest to the best versions of ourselves through the pursuit of self-mastery.
