Zumba Gold is a low impact fitness program designed to take Latin, International, and Pop, dance rhythms that were created in the ZUMBA program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and anyone who enjoys to move to music. Zumba Gold creates a party like atmosphere that is fun, easy, and effective. It is great for the mind, body, and soul of all participants.

I have been a ZUMBA instructor since 2009, a ZUMBA GOLD instructor since 2010, a ZUMBA TONING instructor since 2012, an AQUA ZUMBA instructor since 2016, a DRUMS ALIVE instructor since 2016, and a GOLDEN BEATS instructor since 2017.
I teach Drums Alive and Zumba Gold in Franklin, and Golden Beats and Zumba Gold in Swanton through the SASH program. The Swanton classes are part standing and part seated.
I also teach seated ZUMBA GOLD at Franklin County Rehab.
