Absolute Beginners Yoga with Jess
Are you intrigued in the physical and mental benefits of yoga, but don't know where to start? Come join this judgement free, laid back, absolute beginner's yoga class! We will break down the poses, show you how to modify so that it works for you, and move at a slow pace. Each class will focus on a few new poses, share a little yoga philosophy and end with a beginner's mindfulness exercise. Yoga is for every body! You do not need any experience or flexibility. You will need a mat.

Each class will focus on a few new poses, share a little yoga philosophy and end with a beginner's mindfulness exercise. Yoga is for every body! You do not need any experience or flexibility. This class will build a little upon the Absolute Beginner's session, but will still be slower paced and easily adaptable to a brand-new yogi! You will need a mat and bring a yoga block if you have one.  
-Class will need 5 registered participants signed up 3 days in advance of the first date to run

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we relax between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. You can register for each class individually. Please bring a mat.
-Each class will need 4 participants signed up 3 days in advance to run

Absolute Beginners Yoga with Jess -
For beginners - all levels!
Each participant should bring their own mat.
Wear comfortable clothing.
