Drums Alive

Golden Beats is a fun and engaging evidenced based program that improves the physical, cognitive, social and emotional health and wellness for all people regardless of age or abilities. Golden Beats ignites the brain, body and mind through the power of movement and music. Golden Beats is designed for seniors, however, adults of any age would enjoy it. Equipment consists of an exercise ball, a bucket (provided by instructor), and drumsticks (provided by instructor). Pool noodles cut to size are also available if arthritis prevents the ability to hold a drumstick.

BUCKETS AND DRUMSTICKS ARE PROVIDED BY INSTRUCTOR-PARTICIPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN EXERCISE BALL

I have been a ZUMBA instructor since 2009, a ZUMBA GOLD instructor since 2010, a ZUMBA TONING instructor since 2012, an AQUA ZUMBA instructor since 2016, a DRUMS ALIVE instructor since 2016, and a GOLDEN BEATS instructor since 2017.
I teach Drums Alive and Zumba Gold in Franklin, and Golden Beats and Zumba Gold in Swanton through the SASH program. The Swanton classes are part standing and part seated.
I also teach seated ZUMBA GOLD at Franklin County Rehab.
