A fun, low-impact fitness class for all adults and fitness levels. BJ will get your heart rate up while teaching moves to strengthen your muscles, protect your joints, and improve your balance. BJ uses high impact interval training (HIIT), water noodles (provided), and stretching to complete your 60-minute workout. All exercises can be adapted to fit participants' abilities. Come with a friend, or meet new friends in the pool. See you there!
Meet our instructor: BJ Farnham
BJ, a long-time Hard'ack enthusiast, brings to her group fitness classes laughter, care, inclusivity, and fun (and oftentimes 80's music!). She leads water aerobics classes in both Franklin and Chittenden County and loves working with folks at all fitness levels. When she is not in a pool (hers or someone else's) she's walking dogs and gardening.
