The original concept of ZUMBA®? Combines a workout with a party like atmosphere. ZUMBA GOLD®? Is designed to take Latin and international dance rhythms to the active older adult, the beginner, and those who might need modifications due to injury or other issues.  This program builds cardiovascular health and works the muscles of the hips, legs, and arms with easy to follow dance moves.  ZUMBA GOLD®?is great for the mind, body, and soul of all participants and is designed to be achievable by all populations, regardless of fitness level.


When: Mondays, March 9nd - April 13th  - 9:30-10:30 AM
Where: Barlow Street Community Center
Cost: $35 for all 6 weeks online registration or pay $7 at the door
