SNOW DAY!!  Dates for snow days will be opened on the website as soon as school cancellations are made public.
Due to the great response on our first Snow Day!  We'll be extending Snow Day offerings to include 3-5 year olds going forward.
School is cancelled - Snow Day! !Great news when you're a kid - tough news sometimes when you're a parent headed out to work!
On days when school is cancelled, we're offering a last minute option for families-
Bring the kids to the St. Albans Recreation Department's Snow Day!  A full day of fun and active play!  We provide fun for kids from Kindergarten all the way to 8th grade. They'll have a blast playing games, making new friends (and seeing old ones), making great arts/ crafts, watching a movie, sipping hot cocoa and playing in the snow! Dress for the weather because we'll be spending part of each day outdoors. Pack a good lunch and snacks to keep fueled up for all this fun.  Kids need to come with a lunch, water bottle and snacks.

Due to travel conditions - there is no early drop off or late pick up for Snow Days.
Program runs 7:30am-4:30pm.  All children must be picked up by 4:30pm.

IT'S A SNOW DAY!! Make sure your kids have:
  • Lunch & water bottle
  • Winter coat
  • Snow pants
  • Boots
  • Scarf
  • Mittens (2 pair)
  • Hat
  • Indoor shoes
  • 2nd pair of socks
