Hard'ack Recreation Area is located on on the southeastern slope of Aldis Hill. Hard'ack is a small non-profit recreation facility featuring downhill and nordic skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, running trails and more. The hill ws registered with the state in 1965 and features a rope tow and snowmaking (added in 2003-2004 season.) Hard'ack is run on donations. Funds raised during this golf tournament and a calcutta each spring provide the funds needed. Your participation in these events is key to the future of the area.
