Yoga - Superhero!

Superhero Yoga!

Each class will include the introduction of 2-3 Superhero Yoga Poses - and interactive lesson on the 5 points of Yoga or the 5 main parts to a healthy life based in the Yogic Philosophy (Proper Diet, Proper Breathing, Proper Exercise, Proper Relaxation, & Positive Thinking/Mindfulness)  Suzanne will also add "How to be a good listener and friend" and a guided imagery exercise/story time.  The final class will include an award.

Classes will run Thursday mornings for 1 hour for 6 weeks.

Superhero Yoga!
  • Participants should dress in comfortable clothing.
  • Superhero costumes are encouraged. :)
  • Participants should bring water.
