A fun and laid back way to get current with all the new electronics and what they have to offer. This program will be a once a week meeting to go over new topics relating to the modern day digital age we all live in. This program will cater mainly to beginners who do not have much experience with modern day electronics. Each day will have a different topic with time for Q&A at the end.
Coffee and water will be offered each morning to anyone who is interested.

Week 1 - Mobile Phones/ Tablets - January 8th, 2019 - A lot has changed since the day of the flip phone when all phones could do is call and maybe text (if you were lucky). Now are phones are mini-computers that can do all sorts of handy things you may not know. Whether you have an iPhone or an android, LG, Apple or Samsung this course will help you get the most out of that expensive little device.
Week 2 - Laptops - January 15th, 2019 - For those who have a laptop or home computer/office, laptops and desktop computers are always great to have around. They have more storage, more power, a bigger screen and better multitasking capabilities. They are great for storing and editing images, large music collections or writing your own blog pieces. Have a huge CD collections, learn to transfer all you music into the digital age. Pictures of the family that you want to use. Transfer them to your computer and make your own Christmas cards, print them out, or post them to your page for friends to see.
Week 3 - Facebook - January 22th, 2019 - How many times have we all heard this, "I saw this on Facebook". Whether we like it or not Facebook is the standard for sharing photos, thoughts, information and contacts. Re-connect with old friends, post pictures you have taken or share what you have done recently. This class will show you how to put together your page as well as some of the tools Facebook has that can be used for FREE!
Week 4 - Email - January 29th, 2019 - The days of paying to send a note or letter to someone else far away and waiting a week for it to get there are long gone. Of course the sincerity and meaning behind a hand written note will always be there, but the speed and cost (free!) of email has made it a staple in every persons daily life. Learn ways to share information or pictures, ask questions and set up meetings all within minutes for FREE with email.
