11:30-2:15 - COSTUME CONTEST ! Our first costume contest, for adults and children alike. Prizes for the best costume and the best homemade costume. Register at the gazebo, or at St. Albans City Hall if raining, from 11:30-2pm. Winners will be announced at 2:15. Sponsored by the Vermont Surrogacy Network
Noon-1pm DOWNTOWN TRICK OR TREATING on the sidewalks of Downtown Saint Albans—for as long as the candy lasts! Sponsored by the merchants and businesses of Saint Albans
Noon-2pm - HAUNTED MUSEUM - Trick-or-treat and tour the exhibits at the Saint Albans Museum. “Teal Pumpkin” allergy-safe treats available; free toothbrushes from Dickinson & Branon. Sponsored by the Saint Albans Museum
Noon-2pm TAYLOR PARK ACTIVITIES - Bounce house, balloons, candy, hot chocolate & hot apple cider, Pirate Man Dan making balloon animals and more. Sponsored by Northside Baptist Church
Noon-2pm TRUNK OR TREAT —as long as the candy lasts! At St. Paul’s United Methodist Church parking lot. Sponsored by St. Paul's United Methodist Church
