Reiki

Reiki Level 1 is a one day course.
 This course includes a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras.  Students will practice reiki self care and share reiki with one another.  Students will receive an authentic individual Reiki level 1 attunement. Class length will be from 9-4 with a break for lunch.  After the class students will be able to perform daily reiki self care. Participants will take home a certificate for reiki level 1 and a healing gift bag.

Instructor Bio
My name is Tessa Krygier and I have been a reiki master and nurse for about twenty years. I am excited to offer a class to the community. During the past few years our lives have been turned upside down and I feel that now we are all ready to heal. Come and join me for a day of well-being and self love ??
