This class uses gentle flowing movements of both Tai Chi and Qigong to relax, stretch and strengthen the body. Water serves to support balance and add gentle resistance to these forms. Suitable for all levels of fitness and tai chi knowledge.
Meet our instructor, Ruth Cronin!
Ruth Cronin is St Albans resident who has been practicing Tai Chi for over 16 years and instructing classes locally for 10+ years. As a certified fitness trainer, I enjoy many different athletic activities. Instructing classes allows me to share my passion for the many benefits that Tai Chi has to offer.
