The Science of Cooking- Presented by the Clean Spoon
Saturday November 3rd- 10:30-12:30pm
Do you have a curious chef on your hands?  Then this is the class for them!  This class is geared towards kids aged 10-15 who have been in the kitchen before and enjoy cooking.
Cooking is fun, but it’s very scientific!  Your young chef will learn about some reactions that take place while cooking.  From grilled cheese to spun sugar, we will experiment with different foods and learn about the whys and the hows.  
Each chef will leave with a cooking science experiment book and the food we make in class.
