Registration Policy

Registration is required for all programs unless otherwise specified.
Any fees necessary must be paid at the time of registration.
Upon registration (www.stalbansrec.com) an individual is immediately enrolled.
You will not be notified unless there is a problem concerning your registration.
Anyone who will be affected by a change in a course offering will be notified accordingly.
Please remember that all programs are offered on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
If a program is full, there will be a message on the webpage indicating "program is full" and the site will not allow you to register if there is no room.
Registration up to the point of payment does not guarentee a spot in the program. The bottom of your invoice will state "Not registered in program until payment is made."
