Registration Policy

• Registration is required for all programs unless otherwise specified.
• Any fees necessary must be paid at the time of registration.
• Upon registration (www.stalbansrec.com)  an individual is immediately enrolled. 
• You will not be notified unless there is a problem concerning your registration.
• Anyone who will be affected by a change in a course offering will be notified accordingly.
• Please remember that all programs are offered on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
• If a program is full, there will be a message on the webpage indicating "program is full" and the site will not allow you to register if there is no room.
• Registration up to the point of payment does not guarentee a spot in the program.  The bottom of your invoice will state "Not registered in program until payment is made."
