MEAT 101

Who better to teach a class about meat than Rob Provasi of Bob's Meat Market! Meat 101 will be an introduction to meat and cuts of meat. How long do I cook a Prime Rib for? What's the best way to prepare lamb? How long do you need to cook a 20 lb turkey? All of these questions and more will be answered. Check out this great class and get some tips for your upcoming holiday feast. 

No food will be served at this class but each participant will walk away with a $20 gift card to Bob's Meat Market as well as a fillet knife! $40 in value together!


All participants must be registered. No show ups.
