This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Note new class start date - January 8, 2019!
Scottish Highland Dancing is a unique, aerobic, high energy style of dance.  Our instructor is a certified (Member SDTA) Highland Dance instructor who is passionate about teaching and spreading knowledge about this ancient form of dance.  While learning the basics of Highland Dancing your child will develop improved coordination, increased strength and stamina.  He/She will also learn a bit about the history of Highland Dance and about the Traditional clothing that is worn when performing and/or competing in Highland Dance.  At the end of our six week intro class there will be a short recital for parents and other family members so that students can share what they have learned and will gain experience performing in front of an audience.

Note:  Returning students are encouraged to register as we'll be learning a different  dance called the Highland Fling!  Totally new  students are welcome to register as well.
