Cross Country for Kids!

Join BFA Cross Country Coach Mike Mashtare in an early fall cross country program.  This is the first year of what we hope will be an annual program.  No experience is necessary.  Participants will learn running technique and how to prepare for trail runs.  Runs will be on the beautiful trails at Hard'ack Recreation Area.  



BFA Meet is not happening at Hard'ack this year. If people would like to participate in an event they can participate in the September 28th event at U-32.
